KARLA REFFOLD, CHIEF INSIGHTS OFFICER/CYBER INTELLIGENCE TEAM LEAD.  Karla leads Surefire Cyber’s efforts to leverage the company’s tech-enabled platform to deliver valuable data and relevant insights to clients, insurance carriers, and law firms. Her background in cyber threat intelligence positions her to help partners further define their data needs, develop the company’s cyber intelligence offering, and provide actionable insight that allows these partners to better manage risk across their portfolios.

MICHELLE YAROSHKO, Senior Vice President, Professional Licensing Concord Theatricals

MATT BOETHIN, Music Theatre International Professional Licensing Director, North America.  After a handful of years as NYC-based regional actor, Matt began his post-performance life as an associate at The Actors’ Fund (now The Entertainment Community Fund) where he worked in Development and Membership. From there, he moved to MTI, initially starting as the Assistant to Carol Edelson, but quickly moving up in the Professional Licensing Department.  He’s been the Professional Licensing Director for N. America since 2017 and has handled the dinner theatre business since 2018. BA: University of Central Oklahoma; MFA: UNLV

JOEL RUDZINKSKI, Vice President, Professional and International Licensing TRW Licensing
Joel has been a proud member of the TRW team since 2022. Currently the Vice President of Professional and International Licensing, he has led several other departments in his years at TRW including Publications and Amateur Licensing. Originally from Bristol, CT, Joel has been involved in theatre his entire life and is a trained stage manager. He holds a B.S. in Theatre and Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Joel has worked in the theatrical licensing industry for over 15 years, including many years spent at Dramatists Play Service as the Manager of Operations, HR, & Events and at Broadway Licensing as the Manager of Operations. There is an extremely good chance that you have met Joel at one of the many theatre conferences and festivals around the country and he has given you a show recommendation (or six).
When not talking to theaters and licensing some of the greatest plays and musicals you may ever perform (humble brag), Joel can be found either aimlessly meandering the streets of NYC for his next cup of coffee or uptown at home with his husband, Clark, and their adorable gremlin, Bernie.

RAY RODRICK Co-Executive Director, Miracle or 2 Theatrical Licensing.  Ray recently directed Mame starring Tony nominated Louise Pitre and Broadway veteran Judy Blazer for Goodspeed Musicals. Ray also recently created/ directed ‘S Wonderful! The New Gershwin Musical. Now licensed by Music Theatre International, Ray adapted the Broadway script for Chitty, Chitty Bang Bang. He was associate director of A Christmas Carol at Madison Square Garden for six years, where he was privileged to work with original director Mike Ockrent. He was also associate director for Susan Stroman’s Broadway revival of The Music Man, and subsequently directed the successful 3 year North American Tour. And most recently, Ray was assistant director to the legendary Jerry Lewis and the new Broadway bound musical The Nutty Professor. He co-wrote/directed/
choreographed Irving Berlin’s I Love A Piano, directed and co-wrote the new musical The Prince and The Pauper (published by Samuel French), and directed and choreographed The Ark, Lamour the Merrier and The Story Goes On. He also co-wrote, directed and choreographed The Rat Pack Lounge!, A Christmas Survival Guide (published by Samuel French) and I Love New York. With partner James Hindman, he formed Miracle or 2 Theatrical Licensing, a licensing and production company dedicated to the creation and development of the new American musical. Together, they have created Are We There Yet?, Coming To America, and The Bikinis... A New Musical Beach Party! Regionally, He resides in New York, is married to Broadway actress Karyn Quackenbush, and is the proud father of SUNY Purchase student and lighting designer Jamie Roderick.

MARY ELLEN WALTEMIRE, Leadership Coach & Facilitator, One Step Closer
Mary Ellen Waltemire is a Leadership Coach and Facilitator. She has over 35 years of leadership, management, mentoring, and professional/personal development experience. Her personal philosophy of “do what you love, love what you do” is evident in energetic and purposeful interactions with her clients that include individuals, businesses, and organizations. Mary Ellen’s engaging presentation style is appreciated by many who have participated in her workshops, seminars, and training sessions. She enjoys teaching and offers custom learning opportunities in time planning, the power of choice, communication, effective leadership, team building among others. She has extensive experience in facilitation with groups and organizations that are working to move forward through strategic thinking, team building and purposeful planning. Mary Ellen holds a bachelor’s degree from Shepherd University, a master’s degree in Counseling & Guidance from Hood College, and an MBA from Frostburg State University.
