PATRICK WALLACE, President of ESTA’s Board of Directors, Entertainment Services and Technology Association
Patrick Wallace is the Northeast US Regional Rigging Manager for Encore (AV), is an ETCP Recognized Trainer, and serves as President of ESTA’s Board of Directors. Previously, he served as Shepherd University’s Production Manager and resident designer for their theater program and the professional resident summer theatre company: the Contemporary American Theatre Festival. He is an active rider for Long Reach Long Riders charity, raising funds for Behind the Scenes. Closer to home, Patrick is heavily involved with the arts in West Virginia. He is the Immediate Past President for the Old Opera House Theatre Company, a recognized WV Arts Partner organization where he writes grants and manages facility upgrades. He also works with arts organizations around the state as part of the WV Department of Arts ‘Peer Assistance Network’ to empower artists and creators to amplify their incredible work, often in underserved communities. Personally, Patrick enjoys life with his travel and life partner, Christina Smith, and doting on their cats.

KENDALL GILVAR, Strategic Communications and Project Manager National Independent Venue Association Kendall leads communications, policy and advocacy, and special projects supporting the independent live entertainment sector. Her work includes advancing ticketing reform and other state and federal policy priorities, as well as managing State of Live, the industry’s first comprehensive economic research study. She holds a degree in Political Communication from George Washington University.
